Nokes & Nokes recognizes in the OC Metro's Annual List of the Region's Top Attorneys

Nokes & Nokes has successfully handled all types of personal injury cases – ranging from deaths resulting from medical malpractice and severe personal injuries caused by auto accidents, to deaths and injuries resulting from falls, construction accidents and poorly designed or manufactured products.
Beau James Nokes and Shari Elizabeth Nokes met in law school and opened their Orange County practice in 1998, after having worked for larger firms since 1985. The husband-and-wife team wanted to have control over all aspects of their practice.
"We take our clients' calls. We respond to client e-mails," Mr. Nokes said. "We like to give each of our clients personal attention."
Nokes & Nokes has a track record in obtaining great results through settlement, but they're not afraid to go to trial. One recent client, for example, who suffered serious injury in a car accident, hired the firm when she received a "low-ball" offer from the other driver's insurance company. Nokes & Nokes took the case to trial and won nine times the amount of the offer.
